- RERA carpet area of each room, not just the total
- Which way the living room and bedrooms face: the national park lies west, Ghodbunder Road east
- Balcony and deck sizes, which are not part of carpet area
- Number of residences per floor and lifts per tower

Not yet. Godrej Properties releases official unit plans at launch, alongside the RERA registration. We send them to registered members the day they are out.
What are the carpet areas at Godrej Thane?
As communicated for the pre-launch: 2 BHK 750–850 sq.ft., 3 BHK 1,100–1,350 sq.ft. and 4 BHK approx. 2,000 sq.ft. of carpet area.
What does carpet area mean?
Under RERA, carpet area is the usable floor area inside the walls of the flat, excluding external walls, service shafts, balconies and open terraces. It is the figure to compare between projects.
