The tunnel begins at the boundary.
The Thane approach road of the Thane–Borivali twin tunnel runs along the southern edge of the land. The tubes pass beneath the national park to Borivali. Under construction; completion is targeted for 2028.
The metro
Metro Line 4 on the road outside.
Metro Line 4, Wadala to Kasarvadavali, runs along Ghodbunder Road past this land, linking it south through Thane and Mulund to Ghatkopar and Wadala.

Where exactly is the new Godrej project in Manpada?
On Ghodbunder Road at Manpada, Thane West, beside the Thane-end approach road of the Thane–Borivali twin tunnel and across Ghodbunder Road from One Hiranandani Park. Neelkanth Greens and Neelkanth Woods are its neighbours to the west.
Is it registered with MahaRERA?
Not yet. MahaRERA registration for Godrej Manpada is not yet issued. The registration number will be published on this website as soon as it is issued.
How much is the EOI, and is it refundable?
The indicated EOI amounts are ₹3 Lakh for a 2 Bed, ₹4 Lakh for a 3 Bed and ₹5 Lakh for a 4 Bed residence. Refund terms are set by the developer; ask for them in writing, and pay only by cheque or bank transfer as those terms instruct, never in cash.
When will the Thane–Borivali tunnel open?
It is under construction by MMRDA. Tunnel boring began from the Thane end in 2026 and completion is currently targeted for 2028. Timelines for public infrastructure can change.
